Elisa Solignac is a french artist recently relocated from Boston to the Bay area. She studied Art and Interior Design at the Académie Charpentier in Paris. She created in Paris her own design and lifestyle company, Picrobulle, which builds on her original creations and illustrations and was distributed in stores such as Galeries Lafayette.
She works mostly with watercolor, ink and pen and uses screen printing and block printing process to deliver unique textile products. In addition, she has been running classes an workshops over the past few years in Boston with the Public library, the French cultural center and the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) and is now giving a periodic art class at Oxford Elementary in Berkeley. Some of her work has been exhibited in the Forest gallery (MA) and at the Boston library. Nowadays, she is working on a new block printing collection and a watercolor series named "fishies"
